To blog or not to blog? That is the question.
I recently presented this very topic at the SocialHRCamp in Toronto this month. In addition to my recent infographic on “Debunking Corporate Blogging“, this slide deck demystifies corporate blogging. In this deck I address:

At the end of the day organizations want to create a collaborative, open community that drives better outcomes for both the business and their customers. Blogging is a great tool to exercise that muscle and do just that. Organizations may want to consider blogging inside the organization before attempting an external facing blog. This approach helps to build the skill internally and encourages how to engage before venturing the approach your their public.
